• Shipping Location: We currently ship to Ireland & NI, EU, UK, North America and Australis, and most worldwide countries.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

• Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via standard tracked parcel shipping. We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 working days.  If there is any delay in shipping we will notify you by email.  Please note that in the event of a postage strike we will have no control over delivery dates.

• Delivery Time: The delivery time will vary based on the shipping location and the shipping method selected. 

• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution where possible.
